#chefwenprivatedining was born out of conflict between the East and the West. Growing up with local Peranakan flavours and being exposed to French cooking whilst working in restaurants, an insatiable greed forced me to marry these 2 vastly different cuisines.
I seek to offer an intimate experience, hearty food – no pretty, picture perfect food but rather food for your mouth, tummies and memories.
